My experience with Magic Carpet Auto Transportation (and Crystal) was great. I have dealt with plenty of transportation companies and this is by far the best experience I've ever had. There are two things that made the experience so pleasant: communication and genuine care. Crystal called and kept me informed of everything that was going on. From potential problems to general questions, I felt like she was there to help and to make sure everyone knew exactly what was happening and when it was happening. I will not hesitate to refer Magic Carpet Auto Transportation (or Crystal) to anyone who is trying to ship a vehicle!
