Mark was very personable, in fact, when it seemed I would have a small delay in my plans, Mark jumped on the phone and went to work for me, I felt as though I was his only customer and then, Shazam! a truck was there in the evening to pick up my car, thinking I would have about a 2 day delivery time, MY COBRA WAS AT MY HOME IN 24 HRS!! simply put , Mark went the extra mile!
