I deal with Doug from Magic Carpet after trying to navigate the confusing process of transporting a car across the country. He was always very responsive and my car got to Washington on time and undamaged.

My only (neutral) comments related to the fact that the whole process was never fully explained- but I do take full responsibility for not asking more questions up front. I didn't really understand that Magic Carpet was only a "broker" for the transport. Vlad with OK Auto Carrier was the one who actually transported my car, and he's the one I paid a cashier's check to at pick up, minus the $200 Doug charged me the day it was picked up in NC. I had to request the carrier information from Doug after the car was picked up and I was charged the initial $200. But all in all- I was very pleased. Doug was a pleasure to work with and extremely nice. After talking to a few other people, it seems like there are a lot of unknowns involved with transporting a car across the country- but as long as my car arrived undamaged and on time- I cannot complain!
