The over-the-phone arrangements to transport the car were handled in a very helpful manner and I was given clear direction about the process and what to expect at different times. Payment options were clearly outlined and all details were included in a follow-up email shortly after the reservation was made. On the day of pick-up the transport company had a problem with the auto-transporter but worked hard to come up with an alternative means by which the car could be picked up at the scheduled time, for which I was very grateful. The only negative was that the car was not available for delivery as scheduled and I was not advised of this. This was a minor inconvenience and the car was delivered the following day in the condition in which it was picked-up by the transport company.
