Excellent Broker, Troublesome Truck Drivers, Not Door-to-Door Delivery

My experience with Magic Carpet Auto Transport was excellent. Jeff was my broker, and he was really helpful and kept all processes on time.

However, the truck drivers were really troublesome. Truck drivers kept re-scheduling the pick up time for 2 days, so I couldn't do anything for 2 days but waiting. They picked up my car around 8pm on the freeway ramp and dropped off in the middle of 6-lane street (on the left-turn lane). Pick up and drop off were as dangerous as they could be. Moreover, it wasn't door-to-door delivery. Truck drivers made all kinds of excuses and said they couldn't come to my location. I had to go to their locations to load and unload my car, which were about 8 miles away from my addresses. However, the delivery was really fast (it took only 2 days to come from CA to GA), and my car was delivered without any damage.

If I could rate the broker and carrier separately, I would give 5 stars to Magic Carpet, and 2 stars to TES carrier.
