I would not normally give a 5 star rating to a company that was not able to complete the job, but in this case, it is warranted. I spoke to Brandon at Magic Carpet Auto Transport about moving our soldier's car from Wisconsin to Fort Bliss Texas. He took a special interest in the fact an enlisted was involved. He was a pleasure to talk to and had a wealth of information. He explained everything. After clarifying the price, we got things going. Unfortunately, before he was given a chance to secure the transport, circumstances changed. I called Brandon and he very graciously released us from the agreement and even had some advice about the circumstances. If we ever have a need to ship a vehicle, for any reason, Brandon and Magic Carpet will be our first and only call.
