I had attempted to ship my car with another company and after almost 3 weeks after my first available pickup date, they had not been able to find a driver to ship my car from Rhode Island to California. I then contacted Magic Carpet and spoke to Lori Heasley. Within 30 minutes she had found a driver. The customer service could not have been any better. Lori contacted me throughout the process and followed up after every step to ensure I was satisfied. The car was delivered as promised in perfect shape. If only only I had contacted Lori and Magic Carpet first! A 5-star experience from start to finish!
