Bad situation made good.

I chose Magic Carpet because of their reviews. The initial contacts were excellent -their staff being high caliber the whole move was messed up by a new discourteous and incompetent staff member who was signed to our job. The car was never picked up and the agreed rate was nt going to be upheld and the car was due to be delivered some 200 miles away for what we had agreed as the door to door price. I refused to deal with said staff member so another staff (Thomas Anderson) took over the job . He acted immediately , expediently , offered me a discount without haggle and although the subsequent delivery arrangements required me to make an 10 hour round trip to collect the vehicle , it meant that I got the vehicle home for the original agreed price. Had Anderson not done this, I would have changed company but he salvaged the situation through his attentiveness. The operator ( Dynasty Auto) was communicative and first rate. honest and hard working helping me with logistics. For this reason only I give a 5 star otherwise it would have been 1 star.
