Ryan insisted that a pickup in Manhattan would not be a problem as their carriers make daily pickups in Manhattan. I spoke with other brokers who stated carriers will not pickup in Manhattan, that cars need to be delivered over bridge, but Ryan insisted that a Columbus Circle pickup in Manhattan would not be a problem, EVEN AFTER I MENTIONED other brokers said differently. The old adage should have been flagged in my mind: if it's too good to be true, then it usually isnt too good. Then, worse than that, Ryan went incommunicado. After the confirmed pickup dates passed, I emailed Ryan for the status and update and he didnt respond. I called him twice and he didnt answer. Finally, after noone picking up at the numbers on the invoice, I came to this website to find a company phone number and was able to speak with a great guy there, Jason, who confirmed that pickups in Manhattan dont happen without a surcharge, which is what other brokers advise, but Ryan said no surcharge. I championed this company to my bosses because reviews here were good, customer service seemed reliable, and complaints were addressed. Before you use this company, get info on your broker's experience. Ryan really failed me and I trusted him. He still hasnt contacted me with an apology, recompense, nothing. Now it's too late for that- at this point, I do not want to be contacted by this company.
