No door to door service at all, without any reasons

Was told that the Audi will be picked up on July 1st. It gets scheduled for July 9th at 5-6 am window. 2 hrs later, my friend hears from the pickup truck that they are parked 1/2 a mile away n the car needs to be brought out to them. She had no prior notice of this, and had to scramble 1st thing in the morning to get my car to the truck.

On the receiving end, the car was again brought out about a mile away. Mind you, both these addresses are on wide main streets, where large trucks go in and out.

After the deal was confirmed, my agent, Sue Garrison (who works from home) conveniently disappears from office, and her manager is no help, except that Sue will return her calls/ emails once she is back. In the meantime, I have absolutely no idea about my pickup carrier/ date/ time etc

To top it off, I get an email offering a drawing for entire cash back from customers who submit a Positive review by the 5th of every month!!

Manoj, I am sorry if this is your PERCEPTION of my service to you. You placed your order on June 28 in which I was scheduled to take 1/2 day off for a personal reason and it was the weekend. Never once did I tell you the vehicle would be picked up on July 1, I reiterated to you many times verbally as well as through emails that it takes 1-10 days to get a vehicle assigned to a carrier and picked up. It was assigned to a carrier on the 4th of July in which I even contacted you on my holiday. None of your contacts ever once called me to say there was an issue with the carrier. I have 14 emails back and forth between you and I from the time you placed your order until it was picked up so I do not know how you can say I conveniently disappeared. If the carrier parked a mile away I am sure there was a reason. One mile would not have made a difference to him unless there was a road restriction or something of that nature. I tried as best as I could to educate you and was always completely honest from start to finish. As far as the contest goes, I think it is a very nice thing we do. And in my review request, I asked for an honest review not a favorable one which in my opinion I provided very good customer support to you when I was needed. Again, very sorry you felt differently.
