I had a great experience using Magic Carpet. Sue was VERY diligent about communicating with me and making sure that the carrier had picked up the car and delivered it, checked to make sure if I had any questions, etc. Magic Carpet was easy to get a hold of and I couldn't have asked for more from them.

The car was picked up on time, and was delivered a few days later than scheduled. But it was well within the window of expectation (four days) and it's not an issue with Magic Carpet, but with the carrier itself. In fact, the designated carrier was difficult to get a hold of, and Sue went out of her way to contact them for me and coordinate everything. Again, couldn't have asked for more or better customer service!
