If you want your vehicle don't use these people. Red Carpet was the second lowest bid ($885) among many. I got a call saying the driver would only do it for $50 dollars more, which was the average bid of most other bidders $930. Red Carpet does have many good reviews, that's why I chose them. I found out later that they offer a chance to get your money back if you write a favorable review. When I found out which company they brokered to take my car, I looked up the reviews for American Auto Transport. They were not very favorable. The car was supposed to be picked up on a Sunday. When nobody showed or called I called American. American is not available after 5pm or on weekends. Tuesday I called Red Carpet and told them about the delays and excuses (apparently the truck breaks down every 3 or 4 days), and asked them to find me another company. They said they would look for another company, but they didn't think they would find anybody going that route (40 miles outside of Chicago). Besides American was already in route they had deliveries in San Diego. The truck showed up on Thursday (4 days later). The driver informed me that he lived in Chicago, and he didn't leave there till Sunday (the original delivery day). He said he would deliver the car Sunday evening. The was delivered on Tuesday (more truck trouble).
