My dates of pick up and delivery were during a holiday. My contact person informed me I might have to wait for a transporter during the holiday. He was very patient with me and I was a little apprehensive since I wanted the auto delivered on a certain day. The whole experience was quite pleasant and I would be glad to use this company again in the future.
