The customer service provided by Magic Carpet Auto and Rapid Auto Transport was outstanding. John and Bryana with Magic Carpet were very knowledgeable and did a great job of following up after the pick up was made. Mary with Rapid transport also provided excellent customer service. She ensured I would not be charged more than my quote for the additional household items in my vehicle. (It was packed) The company I used to transport my vehicle to AZ last year did not, and I was charged and extra $100.00 that was unexpected at the time of delivery.

The only negative part of the experience was that I was not notified by the carrier prior to the delivery as I was told I would be.

I would use Magic Carpet Auto again.
