I had a tricky situation. My mother had passed away and we filled her car with items we wanted to keep, not knowing there were some restrictions on this. I talked to several transport companies and some just seemed a little shady, but Don was very honest about how to handle my situation. It took a few days to find a transporter who could pick up in Bend ( being a bit of the beaten track), but they did it. I also had to coordinate with a family friend who was keeping the keys... Long story short... They were friendly, accommodating, honest, and communicative every step of the way. The car arrived safe, undamaged, and fairly quickly. Bryanna kept me informed every step of the way so I could gauge my timing in meeting Th driver. Overall it went better than expected and I am more than satisfied.
