Grace so sorry you felt miss lead or felt that we ignored your calls , When we spoke on the 9th about your dispatch details with the dates and the final cost you were OK about it and things were fine . I had sent over a new copy of the shipping invoice with the carriers insurance and rating on central .You could have at anytime cancelled or not let the carrier take your car.
