Be wary- the sales reps at this company are scams!!! Before the deal, the sales Representative at their company that was in contact with me told me that the total cost of transporting my car would be $1150.00 with everything included(insurance etc. and there was no extra charges). After the driver picked up my car, however, the sale rep made another call to me to collect my credit card information. At that point, he told me that the credit info was collected because the company would like to bill me for a $200.00 deposit fee, which was rather confusing to me as he had never told me there would be such a fee in our previous conversation. Just to confirm with him, I asked him if there would only be $950.00 balance left to be paid once the 200USD deposit fee was made and he said yes. However, later that night, his other colleague from the same company called again, saying that no one said the total cost was $1150.00 and insisted the total cost was $1150.00 plus the $200.00. I was trying to cancel the order with them but the employee that called me said she would like to go home and wouldn't be able to help me until the next day. I called in the next morning, and they said they hadn't got a chance to talk about it yet.I complained to them that as a consumer my rights were violated because their Sales Rep had concealed the complete pricing information from me before the deal, but charged me more than what we initially agreed on afterwards. They said they would call me back once they finalized on a solution but they never called. Today I tried to call them to explore the possibility of refunding but they had rejected my calls.

As a consumer, my rights were violated as the sales rep had dishonestly misrepresented the pricing info to me. The price was initially a leverage and a major reason that I chose them. Afterwards, they failed to show any respect toward their customers as their sales rep were picking on fights with me over the phone while I was just calling to seek a settlement with them. Their customer service was also awful that they had completely rejected my phone calls right now.As the merchant didn't show any willingness to address my confusion, I finally had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Wouldn't have gone to them if the merchant had a better attitude in helping their customers out.

Spread the words and DO NOT use this company. Dishonest sales reps that broke the deal to overcharge you and angry/furious customer service staffs- the worst client-service company(not one of) that you can run into in this country.

Grace so sorry you felt miss lead or felt that we ignored your calls , When we spoke on the 9th about your dispatch details with the dates and the final cost you were OK about it and things were fine . I had sent over a new copy of the shipping invoice with the carriers insurance and rating on central .You could have at anytime cancelled or not let the carrier take your car. So that's why Am so confused about this review . I wish you and your family the best and if you want to call me, you have my direct number and cell . Thanks Again Casey
