The staff at Magic Carpet was polite and courteous as well as available by phone when needed. The price was worked out to my satisfaction and there was no monkey business to my knowledge. The driver had some delays and issues along the way but delivered the car at a time that was convenient for me to inspect and receive it. The car arrived in the same condition it left and was well cared for along the way. Steve (the driver) was clean, courteous, professional and did not rush to get unloaded and depart. His rig was also very clean, neat, and professional looking. I would only suggest that the driver do a better job of staying in contact with the customer, especially if a delay (which can be understandable) occurs that puts them off schedule. Magic Carpet was in contact numerous times during the transport and I would rate them A+ on every count, especially communication which I feel is crucial in long distance internet business. To others it may just be a car/etc, but to us, the customer, it is usually a special part of our life. Thanks for the great job and I will definitely call Magic Carpet first when the need arrises again. David Taylor
