I'm sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the customer service that you received from Greg. Since he did make a mistake with zip codes i don't think he really realized where it was being picked up from, if he would of not transposed a number he would of realized that pick up location is VERY VERY difficult for trucks to get to since most trucks run I-5, and HWY 101 and 20 are both difficult hwys for 18 wheelers to drive. Again I am very sorry that you had a bad experience with our company. Please let us know how we can improve our customer service.
