Don and Bryana were responsive and I have no problem with their customer service. Unfortunately, the transporter left a bit to be desired. First of all he gave me an arrival time and 5 minutes before he was supposed to arrive he called back and said he would be an hour late because he was in traffic. The car arrived covered with a coating of oil and grime. I expected some road dirt but this was more than I thought should be on the car. Finally, all 4 tires had no pressure. I had to pump them back up. One tire had a nail in it as well. The previous owner assumed me that the tires had normal pressure and that the nail was not there when he put it on the truck. It's hard to say what happened but I was disappointed.
