Cory Jackson, my contact was very professional in the handling of my first time ever shipping of my car. I was very apprehensive and nervous never having done this before, most especially because it was cross country. He did a good job reassuring me that it wasn't his or the transporters first rodeo and everybody involved knew what they were doing. He called me a few days before to check up and answer any other questions I had. There were a few hitches, the trailer truck couldn't get onto my house street but that was because it was too big to maneuver on narrow NYC residential streets so I met them on the main road by my house, Jericho Turnpike. That is something people shipping cars should take into consideration that no one thinks about, whether a car carrier can get into your street for pickup and delivery. Also they picked my car up ungodly early on the designated day but NYC traffic being what it is that was understandable. The good news is the car got there a day after I did so I had wheels almost immediately. Yes it was dirty but that was to be expected when open hauling a car cross country during the worst time weather wise, the winter to spring transition. Oh, I forgot that I left a $300 pair of sunglasses on my dash clip in the open and yes it was still there when I looked. Would I recommend Magic Carpet Auto Transport for shipping to WA state? That would be a yes.
