I have used Magic Carpet in the past and was extremely please, hence the reason for my repeat business. Overall, the process was smooth, no need for tons of communication because we I spoke with someone it was always direct, "short & sweet" There was a slight issue with delivery that left my vehicle sitting in the waiting lot for about 2 and a half days; the delivery representatives never left a voicemail when they called, while I am at work I have to turn my cell phone off, so I never knew that it was ready for pickup/delivery. This is the only reason the rating is not 5 stars, but based on past customer service i'll return to Magic Carpet for my next shipment in about 4 months.
