It was my first time dealing with a car transport company. I just bought a 1976 VW Riviera Pop Top Bus, that is in great original condition. My first time owning a Bus. Needless to say, I was very nervous about the transport, the condition and handling of vehicle, and wether my expectations were going to be met. Magic Carpet Auto Transport came through! The transport truck broke down in TX and it took some additional days to get the car delivered. Along the way I was kept informed on everything that was going on repairing transport truck and latest arrival updates. The best part was dealing with Jeff. After calling a few companies, I got a good vibe from talking to him.....he truly knew how I felt about my car, assured me of the whole process, and kept me up to date with my vehicle. Jeff was professional, level headed, and a real cool dude to deal with throughout the whole process. No drama, nothing pushy, never short or cutting me off when I was expressing a concern or asking a question. The bus arrived in great shape and my family is enjoying her. Jeff is a broker for MCAT, his job is to find a company/driver that will get the vehicle to you. He knows who to stay away from and who is reliable. I am very satisfied with the whole process and would not hesitate to call Jeff again for any future transport.
