Sue at Magic Carpet was great at walking me through this process. I have never had to ship a car before and am very, very particular when it comes to my personal property and did a lot of researching companies to ensure it was in the best hands. I had a really tight turnover on time because I decided to ship my car last minute. Sue gave me all of her contact numbers so that I could always reach her. She got me a great deal on my car and got it picked up the first day it was available to the carriers and checked up after it was picked up and through the process. My car traveled across the country on an open carrier so ofcourse it arrived with a lot of dirt and needed a good washing, but nothing else was wrong with the car.

My only complaint is not with Magic Carpet, but with the customer service of the carrier that had my car. The actual drivers were great and completely took car of my car and even dropped it off next to the car rental location so that I could turn in my temp car. However, their in-office team was terrible at returning my calls and informing me of drop off dates and times. As a suggestion since Magic Carpet is the broker, they should get the driver's numbers or an after office hours of the carriers every time the car changes drivers.

However, I will say when we were having trouble contacting the carrier on the day of drop-off Sue did everything she could to make sure I was taken care of.
