This was a learning for me - never having used open transport services from any company in the US. What you read scares you and prepares you for the worst.
I ended up choosing Magic Carpet Auto Transport for time and cost reasons. From the get go, Briana was very helpful, transparent and responded in very timely manner to email, phone and text. Things that were out of her control, she ran after for me - I had one point of contact in getting my car from TN to CA! Would definitely recommend and ask for Briana - she knows her stuff and takes care of you!
