My car was damaged during transport and Magic Carpet (broker) did not stand behind the hauler they hired. The hauler requested to pick up my New Mexico BMW vehicle in the middle of the night (approx. 12 hours later than scheduled) so I left keys and payment in the vehicle at their request. When the vehicle arrived in South Carolina the hauler never contacted me about drop off and left the vehicle in the driveway sometime in the middle of the night. When I got to the car the drunk lid was dented and requires a $1200 replacement. The BOL was scribbled and identified the damage as existing. Magic Carpet's response to me was sympothetic but they took no action and told me I needed to take up my concern with the hauler. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE!
