This company lacks integrity and are dishonest. Briana Peterson, my contact person at Magic Carpet, lied to me.

Here are the details in chronological order:
I asked Briana if she had previously used the driver before I committed to it. She told me yes, which became obvious was a lie when she had no relationship with the driver. He was late to pick up my car. He swore on the phone with me and with her.
The car arrived 11 days after pick up rather than within the 7-10 day window.
My car was damaged upon receipt and I didn't get compensated for it. When my car arrived, the tire was SLASHED!
Briana knew that this happened during transport, and I did not get compensated for it. At first she told me that I was likely to get reimbursed, and then I started to get the silent treatment from her and the other employees at Magic Carpet. Not only weren't they going to reimburse me, but they couldn't tell me directly. They just stopped calling back, hoping that I would go away.

Briana included the cost of the damage on an invoice that she submitted to my employer for relocation reimbursement. Essentially, she committed fraud by trying to get my employer to reimburse me for the damage to the vehicle by passing it off as part of the transportation expense. My employer did not reimburse me for the damage. Then Briana accused me of trying to get reimbursed twice when I followed up with her for payment. She lied to me, she lied to my employer, committed fraud by including the damage as part of the transportation expense and then accused me of seeking double payment. I guess it takes someone without ethics (her) to falsely accuse an honest person (me) of lying.

In summary, I wouldn't use these guys. They will lie to get your business, and then ignore you once they've been paid regardless of the damage to your car. They are dishonest.
