I entered this whole process with no knowledge of how this process works. I filled out a form online and in minutes my email and phone were exploding. DO YOUR RESEARCH. Read the reviews before deciding.

Susan contacted me and explained the entire process from start to finish. I felt very comfortable with her. I purchased a very expensive car and was scared to death. She informed me that the quote is just that, a quote. There are variables that will come into play and the price could go up. The variable I dealt with was the distance from a major city and the fact they had to find a company willing to go out of its way to get to my car. Sue also explained that it could be a couple of days till they find one and the quote may go up.

Sue stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. She contacted me often to keep me in the loop. I was getting very anxious and when I contacted her, her response was almost immediate. It put me at ease that she was on top of it.

Remember folks, these drivers are delivering and picking up cars their entire route. DON"T bug the driver, they are doing the best they can. I contacted my driver once to get an idea so I could make arrangements at my workplace to meet him. I texted him, letting him know that I didn't want to chase him down my narrow, rural road, and offered to meet him. He was very appreciative. Consider what these guys do for a living. Think of all the idiots you encounter in daily commute to work and multily that by 100. That's what these guys do everyday. My driver wasn't going to make it home for Christmas so I gave him a nice tip for his efforts and willingness to stay in touch with me.

Do your homework and learn this whole process. It'll be less stressful on yourself.
