Coast to Cost Move....LOW EXPECTATIONS

I recently moved from Buffalo, NY to San Diego, CA. After reading so many horrifying stories about transport companies I had my reservations about any company until my car actually arrived. The driver called me a day before and told me he would be there at 8:30 am, no later. He had another pickup to do before noon in my area and assured me he would be there first thing in the morning. No call, no voicemail, no way to contact the driver, he finally called me at 11 to tell me his battery died on truck and would be getting to me shortly. (Mind you, he went to the other place to pick up vehicles before mine....all he had to do was call in the am to let me know. I sat and waited!) He did not arrive until 12:30 (4 hours late). I was nervous leaving my vehicle with this company, but felt I had no other choice.

My vehicle did arrive on the day it was supposed to. The driver was almost impossible to reach before to confirm a delivery time though.

Stephanie...I apologize for any miscommunication from our contracted driver. 4 to 6 hours is standard for our driver to arrive for his or her pickup. Yes he did tell you he 'd be there at 8 am and I'm aware he showed up at noon on a Saturday. He did deliver on time at the quoted price.
