The distance for my transport was SHORT from Ohio To Pennsylvania ~400 miles. I have no complaints on the actual process of the transport and I am satisfied with it. It was picked up during mid-day and delivered that same day late night. The driver was friendly and helpful as well. My Car was unscathed and in good condition. The only glitch was that I was quoted $425...but it was later hiked to $475 at the last moment saying the driver wanted an an extra $50 bucks to go off route. But later I found out that the driver is NewJersey based and it was well on his route. May be the driver wanted few extra bucks there but there is no way to confirm on that. The customer service over the phone was average- Good I would say. I had to call several times myself to find out whether the actual date of the pick up of the car was determined or not. I felt that it would have been more professional if they would have been more proactive in keeping me updated on the developments instead me having them called. People otherwise were courteous and helpful in general. In short I would look forward to do business with them in future.
