I was incredibly anxious trying to figure out how to ship a car from Missouri to Oregon (1700+ miles). After reading many reviews, I decided to call Jeff, and it was a good choice! He explained how everything works and put my mind at ease. He stayed in touch with me - I didn't have to call him. He had my home, cell, and work phone numbers and two e-mail addresses, and he kept track of all of that info and used whatever he needed to reach me. He remembered every detail I had ever mentioned to him, and I felt like I was dealing with a friend. When I e-mailed him with a concern, he called me back immediately. I don't think this guy ever sleeps! I highly recommend talking to Jeff if you are trying to make an arrangement like this. It worked out well for us, with no damage to the car or delay in shipping. A near perfect experience, definitely five-star service from Magic Carpet and Jeff.
