sue@magiccarpetautotransport.com 360-834-2900 Hi Aleesha, I'm sorry you were nervous about the transport. You could have contacted me at any time for an update, but everything was right on track. Carriers typically do not know their schedules until very close if not a couple of days after the car first becomes available. Had I thought we were running into a problem, I definitely would have let you know. As far as the extra money, we try to go by the lowest amount that has been accepted by a carrier, but if we cannot get it for that, then we find out the minimum they will take it for. This was all explained when you placed your order. Once again, many apologies that my service did not meet your expectations.
