Jon P. at Magic Carpet was professional, helpful and courteous. The minor, somewhat puzzling part was the contract truck driver (MCKI Towing) asked me to drive my son's car to the truck 5 miles away, where I picked him up and we drove back to my house to drop me off, and then he took the car back to the truck. He was apparently concerned about driving through my residential area with possible trees which could scratch the cars already loaded on his truck. Had he asked, I would have told him he could have driven within a mile of my house to many shopping centers or parking lots. The driver was quite flexible in drop off days, as my son had certain days he could not be available to accept the car. As might be expected in an open truck, the car was a little road dirty but in the same shape it was sent otherwise. Overall a good experience.
