After you requested a lower price at order placement, we talked about the fact that it probably wouldn't move but you wanted to try anyway. About a week or so prior to your preferred pick up date, I called you to let you know that carriers were not interested in the bid and we needed to take action. We were also emailing back and forth. In fact, email was your preferred communication during the entire process. I apologize I missed one of your calls as I do step away from my desk from time to time. I try to follow up as quickly as I can. I was stair stepping the price up incrementally and unfortunately it wasn't happening fast enough for you. I understand you had a deadline and you canceled with me before your first ready date even hit. I see the new company has your vehicle posted for $300 more than what I quoted and it's still posted on the freight board with no carrier assignment. I was trying my absolute BEST for you and unfortunately carriers were not in the area to sign on. Again, I'm sorry you were not satisfied with our company and I wish you the best.
