Customer service was overall high. Jon P was very helpful and responsive. Final cost was 15% higher than quote (was firm about not being willing to pay higher expedited shipping rate). No problems with carrier.

Only noticeable customer service con was that the templates they use to communicate the cost was confusing. Breakdown of costs and descriptions weren't clear especially after increase from quote. One call to Jon though and he helped sort it out.

Would use Magic carpet again, but you need to be firm about your price. Magic carpet is a good company to use especially if you've never shipped a car before and are new to the process. They did a good job of hand-holding.
