After reading your review I have taken the time to dig into finding out more about what you were explaining and it looks as though the carrier we contracted with had changed name a few times. And although i'm not %100 sure about the reasons i'm glad to hear that you have nothing but praise about our choice in carrier. As far as the communication after the carrier picks up, it's honestly more convenient for the carrier to communicate directly with the customer to work out the pickup and delivery details. One less person to miss a call or drop the ball. I hope that's something we can all agree on. I hope that in the future you'll give us a second consideration. :) Thanks again.
