I have my 2011 BMW 328 shipped from Brighton Michigan to Phoenix Arizona. My agent at Magic Auto carpet, Felicia did an outstanding job from start to end. She explained the process in detail, arranged the pick up and delivery in a timely fashion and more importantly kept me in the loop during my cars transit. Overall I am very pleased with the customer service I have received , with Felicia in particular. I will have an international shipment coming In the next year or so and now I know who to call.
