To whom it may concern:
Being a first time user of the auto transport industry. I could of saved myself alot of time and phone calls by using magiccarpet first off. After my post online to seek a shipper I was overwhelmed by calls and promises from across the states, repeatedly. I was told outrite lies and givin alot of false information. The calls were non stop. I was at wits end when noticed I had overlooked one company. Majiccarpet. So I called them. Right off i was impressed by the honesty in my price quote. I dealt mainly with Sheila Paquette who was outstanding in explaining the transport process to me.
You see I was trying to listen to these other quotes to save money and there was no way that could be done. She explained how they pick your vehicle up and get it to you . I was impressed with her professionalism and genuine caring for my concerns.The things the others were telling me just could not be done with the price of gas , tolls and the location of my pickup. So I rolled with MC. The price once figured was very good. But here is where it got better.I WAS not forgot about once I agreed to use them. If I had a question they are there early and work late. I never got an answering machine and if Sheila was on the phone another rep picked up and if they could not answer my question.Sheila called me back in a very short time. They were quick in finding the driver and getting my vehicle shipped early( I gave them no notice) once they did that, I didn't worry with it as they were in touch with the driver.And when the day it was to arrive they called to make sure it did.
I was most likely a one time user,I don't buy and sell cars all the time. But I was treated like I did, too many companies overlook the little guy for the big guy with the bucks. Not the case here with MC. Have I gone on a little more then I should for a review, maybe.But in this fast paced world where you get alot of rudeness and are dealt alot of BS ,its nice to be treated right as person and customer.Not just another $$ sign. Would I use MC again?....You Betcha.
