Sue @ Magic Carpet Auto Transport was very helpful and responsive. I felt she gave me good advice and was willing to walk me through the process (this was my first time arranging transportation of a vehicle.) I had unusual circumstances to deal with and she was able to address. Furthermore, she provided all of her contact information, including hours of work, so that I could confidently contact her if needed. Overall, I received exactly what I was looking for (delivery of a vehicle) exactly how Sue advised me it would go. Note: I talked to several companies but ultimately went with Magic Carpet Auto due to their low-pressure, knowledgeable and PATIENT representative. Thanks!
