My anxiety was through the roof knowing my car was on a truck not tucked away safely in the garage. I'm "That guy" that stands outside of the shop doors watching the mechanic closely, anytime I have it serviced. Michelle was excellent, she kept in contact with me the entire time and kept checking in. She made sure everything was in order and taken care of. I will definitely contact her the next time I ever need this service again. She was a doll to do business with!
