Magic Carpet (and Sheila in particular) was a pleasure to deal with; the company they contracted through was less good/responsive. Magic Carpet was always courteous and easy to communicate with. The process was efficient. The car delivery was delayed but, again, not Magic Carpet's fault from what I can tell. The only complaint is that the communication from the firm doing the actual move to me (either directly or through Magic Carpet) was poor.
