This was my first experience of shipping a car across the country. I contacted several shipping companies and I read many reviews before deciding on using Magic Carpet Auto Transport for transporting my car. The price was at median range among other shipping companies. The pick-up time and arrival time were within the estimated ranges. Casey Jackson, the company agent explained to me the process upfront very clearly and he took charge the moment I committed. He called advising with pick up time just one day after having the agreement and kept me informed on the status until an arrival time was planned. The car arrived on time without any damages. I recommend Magic Carpet Auto Transport and Casey Jackson for anyone who needs to ship his car. Excellent and prompt service.
