i arranged my car to be shipped from ny to wa through sheila, a best customer service person ever! she even called after my car was picked up to see how the service was, etc. although i was quoted that it will take 7-10days for my car to be shipped from ny to wa, it only took a week and the driver (max) was very accommodating. he had a bit of trouble finding my house but he was very patient and kind about it.

i highly recommend using this company and will refer to anyone who needs their car shipped.
