Jered we have to completely disagree with this review. Casey is an amazing customer service representative and works very hard and honestly for all his customers. We NEVER lied to you and you took the word of someone who wanted to snag your business. We are not shady or unethical like that. You and that other company called our office cussing and saying the most despicable things to the employee’s and the emails we have saved from you are a testament to your true character. We understand you being upset that it was taking so long to find a carrier to go your route and pick your vehicle up, however you are accusing us of things that are just not so. We never posted your vehicle at a lower price than was quoted to you and we NEVER doubled the price on your post. You are simply taking the word of another company who has no ethics. I can say this about them due to the way they lied and mislead you and then called into our office and verbally abused our staff. We DO NOT pay for reviews. If what you say is true then you are calling all of our customers who have left reviews liars. We offer first time customers a rebate of their transport costs if they choose to leave a review of our services once the transport is complete. The rebate is not contingent on a GREAT review; we do everything in our power to earn that. We have the rebate program so that instead of paying high dollars for advertising we give the money back to those who take the time to leave the reviews. We believe word of mouth advertising is the best. As for your first review being removed....that was due to your language in the review and had nothing to do with us. You cannot just abuse people or companies and think it will be tolerated...truly bad manners on your part. Thankfully our over 3500 reviews speak for the way we conduct business and an intelligent person will take that into account. Best of luck to you and we are sorry we were not able to get your vehicle transported, it truly was not for a lack of trying or from being dishonest.
