This was the first time I had ever shipped a vehicle, and it was getting frustrating the first couple of days of getting jerked around on the phone with people giving you super low quotes that were too good to be true and other nonsense. That suddenly changed when I found this website. Finally a place that I could hear from other customers their experience with a specific carrier. After reading 10 or so reviews about Magic Carpet it was such an obvious choice to choose them.

Casey Jackson is a straight shooter and let me know what was going on with my vehicle. It got picked up a day late because of mechanical issues with the carrier but arrived here a day early which was awesome. The driver of the car carrier wasn't the easiest to understand and my street name is difficult to make out over the phone so I texted it to him and he responded in a timely manner saying how long it would take him to get here. My vehicle arrived in the condition it left the dealership (no scratches, dents).

If I had to move a vehicle again I'd use these guys.
