Magic Carpet was so easy to work with! Don worked with the carrier to pick up my car in the small window of time I gave them and helped me every step of the way. I contacted Magic Carpet after reading their reviews on this website and had a week to get my car picked up. Don immediately started calling around and my car was picked up on the Sunday morning that I had requested. My car was originally scheduled to arrive the 15-20 days later however, I received a call from him saying that the driver anticipated my car to arrive Thanksgiving morning - 5 days after my pick-up! The car even came a day before that and I got my car late Wednesday night. The car was dirty but, I figure it went from the Washington, DC/Northern Virginia area all the way to Portland, OR. Dirt and grime from the road was to be expected. And, unless you're shipping closed-container, it will be a reality. A quick scrub-down brought it back to normal.

I would recommend Don at Magic Carpet if you have to move in a pinch and need someone to take care of the details for you. Thank you for the wonderful move!
