I have never had a car shipped before and after reading the reviews on this site decided to go with Magic Carpet to ship a brand new honda civic from florida to hawaii. Sheila was fantastic, helped me through the process and explained everything perfectly. The vehicle was literally brand new with no scratches, dents or anything. I cleaned the car and had it spotless when it was picked up in Florida. The carrier was a day later than anticipated, but the driver did call me before hand and let me know. It took about three weeks to get it to hawaii, which is normal-to-slightly faster than normal apparently. The car was dirty, as to be expected from traveling for a long time, but it arrived still in perfect condition. Not one scratch or dent anywhere. Thanks again to Magic Carpet for getting it all scheduled and set up and handled quickly and easily.
