Sherri was very professional and friendly she explained everything to me before I made my decision to go with Magic Carpet. She did all that she promised, she contacted the dealer who had my car and arranged pickup, called me when the car was picked up, and kept in contact with me while the car was on the road. Sherri let me know that the car would arrive early and the car was in very good condition when it did arrive.
