I had never transported a car, and went with a company with a lot of positive reviews. I can see why there are positive reviews, because Myra Wilkinson, the point of contact for Magic Carpet, is exceptionally responsible and available it seems at all times! She's a great problem-solver and people-person while being extremely level headed. My car arrived, dirty to be expected after a cross country trip, but on time and the driver, Rueben, dropped it right off near the house. Also extremely pleasant. These transport trucks are very large and a lot of people do not understand that they are not allowed on residential streets. He and Myra even gave me a break at one point which I was really thankful for. My car was in perfect condition. The nicest thing was when the first transport vehicle scheduled for pick up had mechanical problems, so Magic Carpet lined up another truck and it was delivered on the same day! I found it to be hassle free and not having to wait around for my car to be picked up. Myra guided me through the process of putting in a reasonable bid, and worked over time with customer service and I have to recommend this company highly. Also Thank YOU!
