I am very satisfied with Magic Carpet Transport services. When shipping my Scion XD to Chicago, everything went according to plan from the beginning. The car was picked up at my most convenient time and dropped off on time with no issues. The car arrived to the destination with absolutely no damages and right on time. The price was fairly reasonable for shipping a car across the United States. My car was picked in short notice of 3 days and I received it on time at Chicago location. I did not have to rent a car.

The customer service representative was curious and knowledgeable answering all my questions. She handled all my problems in a very professional manor. She remained calm even when moments got tense and responded quickly to any inquries. The customer service representatives at Magic Carpet is top notch.

The service and promised made to me were delivered. I will use them again in future. I have to bring the same car back to CA. I have received several quotes and several Transport companies contacted me. I read excellent customer review about the Magic Carpet Auto Transport and one of my friends has used them in the past. He also recommended to me.

Overall I would recommend Magic Carpet to my friends.
