Kathy was very responsive, polite, and didn't mind answering my questions on the phone. The vehicle was delivered on time and the driver was very professional. He brought the car to my driveway, walked around the car with me, and explained the details. Kathy was able to match another quote without an issue and simply asked for the other quote, no problem. The only issue I had was Kathy told me the driver would call the day before and give me a time window. That didn't happen, come to find out, the drive planned to call me 2-3 h before delivery and let me know when it would be delivered. Really not a big deal, the car was delivered on time with out issue.
